TJAOA101 (Tongji anti-ovarian aging 101) is a traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) herbal compound formula developed by Tongji Hospital of Huazhong University of Science and Technology. It is specifically formulated for the treatment of premature ovarian insufficiency (POI) and diminished ovarian reserve (DOR). The compound is administered orally and is intended to restore ovarian function, as measured by improvements in anti-Müllerian hormone (AMH) levels, follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) levels, and antral follicle count (AFC). It is currently undergoing evaluation in multicenter, prospective clinical trials to validate its safety and therapeutic efficacy in women of reproductive age (18-40 years).
