Overview

TK-4204 is an in vivo chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) cell therapy in preclinical development for the treatment of gastrointestinal (GI) cancers. Developed by T-knife Therapeutics, the therapy utilizes a novel multi-armoring approach, incorporating a FAS-TGF-beta converter and secreted bispecific T-cell engager (BiTE) armoring to enhance T-cell survival, persistence, and efficacy within the immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment. The specific CAR target remains undisclosed, and the program is currently in the discovery/preclinical stage.
