TK-kRAS is an experimental oncology drug from Tosk that is being developed to inhibit the activity of proteins produced by mutant KRAS genes, a key oncogenic driver in up to roughly 30% of all cancers and high proportions of pancreatic, colorectal, and lung tumors.[1][3] Using Tosk’s proprietary Genetically Modified Fly technology, TK-kRAS was identified as a KRAS gene modulator intended to block signaling from mutant KRAS variants that promote tumor growth, with the aim of providing a targeted therapy option for a broad spectrum of KRAS‑mutant solid tumors.[1][3][9]
