TKP-AII-08 is an 18F-labeled peptide radiopharmaceutical under development by TheraCea Pharma for use as a diagnostic imaging agent in oncology and neurobiology. Utilizing a proprietary radiolabeling platform, the agent incorporates the positron-emitting isotope Fluorine-18 into a peptide sequence to facilitate high-resolution Positron Emission Tomography (PET) imaging. The specific molecular target of the peptide has not been disclosed. TKP-AII-08 is intended to provide clinicians with a tool for the detection, characterization, or monitoring of pathological processes in cancer and neurological conditions. It is currently in Phase 1 clinical development.
