TKP-AII-10

TKP-AII-10 is an 18F-labeled antibody fragment developed by TheraCea Pharma as a radiopharmaceutical for Positron Emission Tomography (PET) imaging. Specifically targeting breast cancer, this diagnostic agent utilizes the radioisotope Fluorine-18 (18F) conjugated to an antibody fragment to enable high-resolution imaging of tumor-specific markers. The use of an antibody fragment typically allows for faster blood clearance and better tissue penetration compared to full-length antibodies, which can improve the signal-to-noise ratio in clinical imaging. It is currently in development for the diagnosis and monitoring of breast cancer, progressing from preclinical studies into Phase 1 clinical evaluation.
