TL-007

TL-007 is a half-life extended (HLE) trispecific antibody currently in the discovery stage, developed by TrueLab Biopharmaceutical. It is designed for the treatment of inflammatory bowel diseases (IBD), specifically ulcerative colitis (UC) and Crohn's disease (CD). The molecule is engineered to simultaneously target three distinct pathways involved in IBD pathogenesis: tumor necrosis factor-like ligand 1A (TL1A), the p19 subunit of interleukin-23 (IL23p19), and the α4β7 integrin. By inhibiting these three targets, TL-007 aims to provide superior therapeutic efficacy compared to monotherapies by addressing multiple inflammatory and fibrotic drivers within the gut environment.
