Drug intelligence / Profile preview
TL-008 is a discovery-stage, half-life extended (HLE) trispecific antibody developed by TrueLab Biopharmaceutical for the treatment of inflammatory bowel diseases, including ulcerative colitis (UC) and Crohn's disease (CD). The molecule is designed to simultaneously target three key pathways in the pathogenesis of intestinal inflammation: the p19 subunit of interleukin-23 (IL23p19), the integrin α4β7, and tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNFα). By combining these three validated targets into a single therapeutic agent, TL-008 aims to provide enhanced efficacy and broader patient response compared to monotherapies targeting these pathways individually. The inclusion of half-life extension technology is intended to optimize the drug's pharmacokinetic profile for clinical use.
