TL-023 is a discovery-stage, half-life extended (HLE) fusion protein developed by TrueLab Biopharmaceutical. It is designed to target the Transmembrane activator and CAML interactor (TACI) signaling pathway, which plays a critical role in B-cell maturation and survival. The drug is being developed for the treatment of B-cell mediated autoimmune and renal diseases, including IgA Nephropathy (IgAN), Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE), and Lupus Nephritis (LN). By modulating these pathways, TL-023 aims to reduce the production of pathogenic autoantibodies and inflammatory cytokines.
