TL-102 is a lentiviral-based gene therapy product candidate developed by Talee Bio (now Spirovant Sciences) for the treatment of cystic fibrosis. It is designed as a mutation-agnostic therapy to accelerate the development of treatments for all cystic fibrosis patients, particularly those with limited or no other treatment options, by overcoming historical challenges in gene therapy delivery to the lung. The therapy is intended to address the underlying cause of the disease.
