Drug intelligence / Profile preview
TL-118 is an investigational oral anti-angiogenic combination therapy developed by Tiltan Pharma. It consists of four established drugs: cyclophosphamide, diclofenac, sulfasalazine, and quercetin. The combination is designed to be administered in a metronomic regimen, which involves frequent, low-dose administration to continuously inhibit tumor angiogenesis and modulate the tumor microenvironment with reduced toxicity compared to conventional chemotherapy. TL-118 has been evaluated in Phase II clinical trials for metastatic pancreatic cancer (in combination with gemcitabine) and castration-resistant prostate cancer.
