TL011 + CHOP is a combination therapy where TL011, a compound for which no definitive public chemical or pharmacological data is currently available, is used together with the well-established CHOP chemotherapy regimen. CHOP is a combination chemotherapy composed of cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine, and prednisone, used primarily to treat non-Hodgkin lymphoma. CHOP acts by disrupting cancer cell DNA replication, microtubule function, and by glucocorticoid-mediated apoptosis. The function of TL011 in this combination is not publicly characterized as of this date.
