Drug intelligence / Profile preview
TL118 is an orally administered small molecule that functions as a tropomyosin receptor kinase (TRK) inhibitor. It targets the TRK family, specifically TRKA, TRKB, and TRKC, which are encoded by the NTRK1, NTRK2, and NTRK3 genes, respectively. Oncogenic fusions involving these NTRK genes are known to drive the proliferation and spread of cancer cells. Developed by Teligene US, TL118 is being investigated for the treatment of solid tumors that harbor these specific NTRK gene fusions.
