TL139

TL139 is an orally bioavailable, small molecule tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) that dual-targets Anaplastic Lymphoma Kinase (ALK) and ROS proto-oncogene 1 (ROS1). Developed by Suzhou Taolue Biotechnology, the compound is specifically designed to address advanced solid tumors, most notably non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) characterized by ALK or ROS1 gene rearrangements. A key feature of TL139 is its ability to penetrate the blood-brain barrier, providing potential therapeutic benefit for patients with central nervous system (CNS) metastases, which are common in ALK/ROS1-driven cancers. It is currently being investigated in early-phase clinical trials to evaluate its safety, pharmacokinetics, and preliminary efficacy in patients with ALK- or ROS1-positive malignancies.
