TLN-254 is an investigational oral small molecule drug being developed for the treatment of relapsed or refractory T-cell lymphomas, including peripheral T-cell lymphoma (PTCL), anaplastic large cell lymphoma (ALCL), cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (including Sezary syndrome and mycosis fungoides), follicular lymphoma, immunoblastic lymphadenopathy, and other related neoplasms. The drug is currently in Phase 1 clinical trials to determine its safety, optimal dosing, and anti-tumor activity in these patient populations. TLN-254 is administered as a tablet by mouth. It is being developed using artificial intelligence and machine learning technology platforms by Treeline Biosciences.
