tLNP-mRNA is an investigational *in vivo* mRNA-based immunotherapy developed by West China Hospital of Sichuan University. The therapy utilizes T cell-targeted lipid nanoparticles (tLNPs) to deliver mRNA directly to T cells within the patient's body. Once internalized, the mRNA is translated by the T cells to express therapeutic proteins, such as chimeric antigen receptors (CARs), effectively reprogramming the T cells *in vivo* to recognize and eliminate malignant cells. This approach is designed to circumvent the logistical complexities and high costs associated with traditional *ex vivo* CAR-T cell manufacturing. It is currently being evaluated in a Phase 1 clinical trial for patients with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma.
