Drug intelligence / Profile preview
TM471-1 is an investigational, potent, and selective small molecule inhibitor of Bruton's Tyrosine Kinase (BTK) developed by Zhiwei Biopharma (Xinxiang) Co., Ltd. It is primarily being evaluated for the treatment of various B-cell malignancies, including marginal zone lymphoma (MZL), follicular lymphoma, and chronic lymphocytic leukemia. By inhibiting BTK, TM471-1 disrupts B-cell receptor (BCR) signaling, which is crucial for the survival and proliferation of malignant B cells. The drug is currently in Phase 1/2 clinical trials in China, demonstrating potential as a targeted therapy for patients with relapsed or refractory B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphomas.
