Drug intelligence / Profile preview
TMER-TIL is a genetically modified tumor-infiltrating lymphocyte (TIL) therapy being developed by Suzhou Lanma Medical Technology Co. Ltd. (Lanma Bio) for the treatment of solid tumors. The therapy utilizes the company's proprietary TMER (Tumor Microenvironment Remodeling) technology platform, which involves the genetic engineering of TILs to enhance their functionality and persistence within the immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment. By modifying the TILs, the platform aims to overcome common barriers to cell therapy in solid tumors, such as T-cell exhaustion and metabolic inhibition, thereby improving anti-tumor responses. As of early 2024, TMER-TIL is in the preclinical/early R&D stage of development.
