TMX-201

**TMX-201** is a novel synthetic **TLR7 ligand conjugated to a phospholipid**, designed to enhance immune stimulation through targeted delivery and prolonged activity. Developed by Telormedix, it exhibits potent immune stimulatory effects and has been investigated primarily in oncology settings, including breast cancer and melanoma research, where it demonstrates anti-tumor activity both systemically and via intra-tumoral administration. Preclinical studies have shown TMX-201, in combination with anti-CTLA4 antibody, significantly suppresses lung metastasis formation, highlighting its potential as an adjuvant or standalone immunotherapy for solid tumors.[3][7][11]
