Drug intelligence / Profile preview
TNAT-101 is a preclinical-stage small molecule inhibitor developed by TNA Therapeutics. It specifically targets B-cell lymphoma 3 (BCL3), a proto-oncogene and member of the IκB family that acts as a transcriptional co-activator for NF-κB. BCL3 is frequently overexpressed in various solid tumors and is associated with cancer cell survival, metastasis, and resistance to therapy. TNAT-101 is being investigated for the treatment of colorectal cancer (CRC) and triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC), where BCL3 signaling plays a critical role in disease progression.
