TNAX103 is a humanized monoclonal antibody targeting CD300A, developed as an efferocytosis promoter and neuroprotectant. It fundamentally inhibits ischemia-reperfusion injury by blocking the release of damage-associated molecular patterns (DAMPs) upstream in the inflammatory cascade. The drug is being investigated primarily for acute ischemic stroke, where it has demonstrated efficacy in preclinical models by reducing infarct volume and improving neurological outcomes. Additional potential indications include acute kidney injury (AKI), spinal cord injury (SCI), and acute myocardial infarction (AMI).
