Drug intelligence / Profile preview
TNB-384B is a bispecific monoclonal antibody developed by Teneobio. It is designed to target B-cell maturation antigen (BCMA) on multiple myeloma cells and CD3 on T-cells, thereby redirecting the body's own T-cells to kill tumor cells. Unlike its counterpart TNB-383B, TNB-384B features a high-activating alphaCD3 moiety, which results in more pronounced T-cell activation and cytokine release while demonstrating similar efficacy in killing multiple myeloma cells in preclinical studies.
