Drug intelligence / Profile preview
TNM035 is a fully human monoclonal antibody developed by Trinomab BioPharm for the prevention and treatment of dengue virus infection. Discovered using the company's proprietary HitmAb® technology platform, TNM035 was selected for its highly specific binding affinity to the dengue virus envelope (E) protein. By targeting the E protein, the antibody neutralizes the virus and blocks its ability to attach to and enter human host cells, thereby preventing viral propagation. TNM035 is intended to serve as a biologic therapeutic and prophylactic intervention to address the global health challenge posed by dengue fever.
