TNT-ADC Series

TNT-ADC Series is a preclinical-stage antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) being developed by Pharosgen, a South Korean biotechnology company. This therapeutic candidate features a novel dual-targeting antibody designed to bind simultaneously to neovascular endothelial cells and cancer cells within the tumor microenvironment. The ADC utilizes Pharosgen's proprietary 'Apobomb' linker technology, which is specifically engineered to be cleaved by caspase-3 and caspase-7 enzymes, facilitating the controlled release of a potent cytotoxic payload directly at the tumor site. The platform supports a high drug-to-antibody ratio (DAR) of up to 8 with precise control over homogeneity, aiming to overcome the challenges of tumor heterogeneity and improve the therapeutic index of cytotoxic agents.
