Drug intelligence / Profile preview
TNV-313 is an investigational, fully central nervous system (CNS)-penetrant small molecule inhibitor of NLRP3 (NOD-, LRR- and pyrin domain-containing protein 3), a key regulator of innate immune signaling implicated in a broad range of inflammatory diseases. Developed by Tenvie Therapeutics, TNV-313 is designed for best-in-class brain exposure at low clinical doses to address neuroinflammation at its source without being subject to active transporter-mediated efflux. The drug is being evaluated in Phase 1 clinical trials for the treatment of neurologic, cardiometabolic, and ophthalmic diseases.
