TNX-4100 consists of murine monoclonal antibodies and their humanized counterparts generated from mice immunized with the SARS-CoV-2 spike protein. The antibodies are being developed as candidate therapeutics for the treatment and prophylaxis of COVID-19 and are notable for their potential to neutralize a broader spectrum of SARS-CoV-2 variants, given the diversity of mouse antibody repertoires compared to humans. These antibodies are being developed in collaboration between Tonix Pharmaceuticals and Columbia University, leveraging internal biologics manufacturing capabilities. As of October 2025, no clinical trial results or development phases have been reported for TNX-4100.[3][7]
