Drug intelligence / Profile preview
TNZ-PB is an oral combination tablet developed by Forman Medics, containing 250 mg of tranexamic acid and 50 mg of pine bark extract. It is formulated to target hyperpigmentation, melasma, and uneven skin tone. Tranexamic acid acts as an antifibrinolytic agent that competitively inhibits plasminogen activation, thereby reducing melanogenesis and UV-induced pigmentation. Pine bark extract provides potent antioxidant and anti-inflammatory support, helping to downregulate tyrosinase activity and other pigmentation-related mediators. Together, these ingredients work synergistically to promote brighter, more even-toned skin.
