Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**Tobemstomig + tiragolumab** is a combination of two monoclonal antibodies, tobemstomig and tiragolumab, both of which are investigational immune checkpoint inhibitors developed for the treatment of advanced solid tumors, particularly cancer. Tobemstomig is a bispecific monoclonal antibody targeting PD-1 and TIGIT, while tiragolumab is a monoclonal antibody that selectively binds TIGIT, blocking its interaction with poliovirus receptor (PVR). Both aim to enhance anti-tumor immunity by dual inhibition of the TIGIT and PD-1/PD-L1 immune checkpoint pathways, which are implicated in suppressing T cell–mediated immune responses in the tumor microenvironment. This dual checkpoint blockade is hypothesized to result in greater T-cell activation and anti-tumor activity than targeting either pathway alone.
