Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Toleriane Dermallergo Eye Cream is a specialized topical dermocosmetic treatment developed by La Roche-Posay for ultra-sensitive, allergy-prone, and eczema-prone skin in the periorbital region. The formulation is centered on two key active components: **Sphingobioma**, a postbiotic extract derived from *Vitreoscilla filiformis* grown in La Roche-Posay Thermal Spring Water, which helps to balance the skin microbiome and strengthen natural defenses; and **Neurosensine** (Acetyl Dipeptide-1 Cetyl Ester), a dipeptide that acts as a neuro-soothing agent to reduce signs of skin irritation, redness, and itching. The cream also incorporates niacinamide for its anti-inflammatory properties and shea butter to restore the skin's hydrolipidic film. It is frequently recommended for patients with atopic dermatitis, contact dermatitis, and those undergoing oncology treatments who experience skin toxicity.
