Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Toll-like receptor agonist liposome is an investigational liposomal formulation of a Toll-like receptor (TLR) agonist being developed by CSPC NBP Pharmaceutical (a subsidiary of CSPC Pharmaceutical Group) for the treatment of solid tumors. By encapsulating the TLR agonist within a liposomal delivery vehicle, the formulation is designed to enhance the delivery of the immune agonist to the tumor microenvironment, thereby promoting local immune activation and anti-tumor responses while minimizing systemic toxicity. The drug is currently in preclinical development.
