Tongjingning Granules (also known as Tongjingning Keli or marketed under the brand name Meixinqing) is an approved oral traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) formulation developed and manufactured by Wanbangde Pharmaceutical Group. It is composed of several herbal extracts, including Angelica sinensis (Danggui), Cyperus rotundus (Xiangfu), Paeonia lactiflora (Baishao), Corydalis yanhusuo (Yanhusuo), Salvia miltiorrhiza (Danshen), Melia toosendan (Chuanlianzi), Ligusticum chuanxiong (Chuanxiong), Carthamus tinctorius (Honghua), and Glycyrrhiza uralensis (Zhigancao). Tongjingning Granules is indicated for regulating menstruation and relieving pain, specifically for treating scanty or delayed menstruation and abdominal pain before or during menstruation (dysmenorrhea).
