Tongmai Keli is a traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) granule formulation developed and manufactured by Liaoning Jindan Pharmaceutical. It is a standardized herbal preparation composed of three primary ingredients: *Salvia miltiorrhiza* (Danshen), *Pueraria lobata* (Gegen), and *Conioselinum anthriscoides* 'Chuanxiong' (Chuanxiong). The product is approved in China for the treatment of ischemic cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, including coronary heart disease, angina pectoris, cerebral thrombosis, and arteriosclerosis. Its therapeutic mechanism involves the promotion of blood circulation and the resolution of blood stasis, leading to the dilation of coronary and cerebral arteries and the inhibition of platelet aggregation, thereby improving microcirculation and oxygen supply to vital organs.
