Overview

TOP5300 is an orally active **small-molecule allosteric agonist** of the **follicle stimulating hormone receptor** being developed by TocopheRx for the treatment of infertility. It is described as a dihydropyrazole FSHR agonist with potent activity in preclinical studies, including an EC50 of 9.72 nM and approximately 80-fold selectivity over the human luteinizing hormone receptor. The program was designed to provide an oral alternative to injectable recombinant or urinary FSH for ovarian stimulation, with intended use in ovulation induction and controlled ovarian stimulation for assisted reproduction.
