toripalimab + rituximab

Toripalimab + rituximab is an investigational combination therapy consisting of two monoclonal antibodies. Toripalimab is a humanized IgG4 monoclonal antibody that targets programmed death protein 1 (PD-1) on T cells and blocks its interaction with PD-L1/PD-L2 ligands to restore anti-tumor immune responses. Rituximab is a chimeric IgG1 monoclonal antibody targeting the CD20 antigen on B lymphocytes and mediates B-cell lysis through multiple mechanisms including complement-dependent cytotoxicity and antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity. The combination has been studied primarily in relapsed/refractory or newly diagnosed diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), where it has shown promising efficacy and manageable safety profiles[2][3][4][8]. Toripalimab was developed by Shanghai Junshi Biosciences; rituximab was originally developed by Genentech/Biogen.
