This investigational combination regimen is being evaluated as a first-line treatment for extensive-stage small cell lung cancer (ES-SCLC). It consists of **toripalimab**, a humanized IgG4 monoclonal antibody targeting the PD-1 immune checkpoint; **anlotinib**, a multi-target tyrosine kinase inhibitor that inhibits VEGFR, FGFR, PDGFR, and c-Kit; and standard chemotherapy comprising **etoposide** and a platinum agent (**cisplatin** or **carboplatin**). The regimen is designed to leverage the synergistic effects of immune checkpoint blockade, anti-angiogenesis, and cytotoxic chemotherapy. Toripalimab enhances T-cell anti-tumor activity by blocking PD-1/PD-L1 interactions, while anlotinib inhibits tumor angiogenesis and growth.
