toripalimab + lenvatinib + TACE is a combination therapy regimen primarily investigated as a conversion therapy for patients with initially unresectable or potentially resectable hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). The regimen consists of **toripalimab**, a humanized IgG4 monoclonal antibody developed by Junshi Bioscience that targets the programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) receptor to restore anti-tumor immune responses; **lenvatinib**, a multi-targeted tyrosine kinase inhibitor developed by Eisai that inhibits vascular endothelial growth factor receptors (VEGFR1-3), fibroblast growth factor receptors (FGFR1-4), platelet-derived growth factor receptor alpha (PDGFRα), KIT, and RET; and **transarterial chemoembolization (TACE)**, a locoregional procedure that delivers concentrated chemotherapy directly to the tumor while inducing ischemia through embolization of the tumor-feeding arteries. This triple combination aims to achieve high objective response rates (ORR) and facilitate surgical resection in patients with advanced or intermediate-stage HCC.
