Drug intelligence / Profile preview
TORL-3600 is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) under development by TORL Biotherapeutics for the treatment of advanced solid tumors, including colorectal cancer, gastric cancer, and pancreatic cancer. The drug targets cadherin 17 (CDH17), a cell adhesion molecule implicated in tumor growth and metastasis. By binding to CDH17 on tumor cells, the ADC delivers a cytotoxic payload that disrupts microtubule function (tubulin inhibition), leading to cell death. As of April 2025, TORL-3600 is in Phase 1 clinical trials for advanced cancers and colorectal cancer[1][3][4][6].
