Overview

TP-06 is an investigational ophthalmic solution being developed by Tarsus Pharmaceuticals for the treatment of persistent corneal epithelial defects (PCED). PCED is a rare, serious ocular condition characterized by a non-healing corneal epithelial defect that fails to resolve despite standard-of-care therapies. TP-06 is formulated as a 2.0% topical ophthalmic solution and is currently being evaluated in the Phase 2 'Capellion' clinical trial (NCT07886268) to assess its safety, efficacy, and ability to promote complete corneal healing.
