TP-122 is an investigational **bacteriophage cocktail** developed by TechnoPhage for ventilator-associated pneumonia caused by Gram-negative pathogens. The full cocktail contains two components: TP-122A, comprising three lytic bacteriophages directed against *Pseudomonas aeruginosa*, and TP-122B, comprising three bacteriophages directed against *Klebsiella pneumoniae*. Its clinical program is evaluating nebulized TP-122A, the anti-*P. aeruginosa* component, added to standard care for ventilator-associated pneumonia.
