TP-43

TP-43 is a preclinical-stage, first-in-class synthetic analog of the specialized pro-resolving mediator (SPM) Protectin DX (PDX). Developed by Trienix Pharma, TP-43 targets G protein-coupled receptor 37 (GPR37) to promote the resolution of inflammation through non-opioid resolution pharmacology. It is being developed for the treatment of acute and chronic pain (including post-operative and neuropathic pain), metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease (MASLD), metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis (MASH), type 2 diabetes, and severe viral infections (such as H1N1 and H5N1 influenza). TP-43 is the active form of its oral prodrug, TP-48 (also known as AN-48).
