Overview

**TP-ICG** is an investigational Trop2-targeted near-infrared-II fluorescent molecular imaging probe composed of a Trop2-targeting polypeptide linked to indocyanine green. It is designed to bind trophoblast cell surface antigen 2-expressing ovarian cancer cells and provide intraoperative fluorescence visualization of tumor margins and small abdominal metastatic lesions during cytoreductive surgery. In cell and mouse models of Trop2-positive ovarian cancer, TP-ICG showed higher tumor uptake and tumor-to-background signal than a control probe and detected metastatic lesions smaller than 1 mm.
