Overview

TPB15 is an orally active and potent inhibitor of the Hedgehog (Hh) signaling pathway. It has been shown to induce cell cycle arrest and apoptosis in MDA-MB-468 cells, a triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) cell line. Preclinical studies indicate that TPB15 demonstrates significant efficacy and safety both in vitro and in vivo, making it a promising candidate for the treatment of TNBC[1][10].
