Drug intelligence / Profile preview
TPC + tislelizumab is a combination therapy consisting of the TPC regimen (cisplatin, nab-paclitaxel, and capecitabine) combined with tislelizumab, an anti-PD-1 antibody. This combination is being investigated in clinical trials for the treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma with bone metastasis. Tislelizumab is designed to bind to PD-1 with high affinity, blocking the interaction between PD-1 and its ligands, thereby restoring the anti-tumor immune response.
