Overview

TPD3310 is an investigational selective c-MET (Hepatocyte Growth Factor Receptor) degrader developed by Taibidi Pharmaceutical Technology (Shijiazhuang) Co., Ltd. It utilizes targeted protein degradation (TPD) technology to induce the ubiquitination and subsequent proteasomal degradation of the c-MET protein. c-MET is a receptor tyrosine kinase that, when overexpressed, mutated, or amplified, promotes tumor cell proliferation, survival, and metastasis in various malignancies. TPD3310 is being evaluated in a Phase Ia/Ib clinical trial for patients with advanced c-MET-positive solid tumors, including lung, gastric, liver, esophageal, pancreatic, renal cancers, and cholangiocarcinoma.
