**TPIV200** is an investigational multi-epitope therapeutic peptide vaccine targeting folate receptor alpha, also called folate receptor 1. It comprises five human folate receptor alpha-derived HLA class II peptide epitopes and is intended to generate folate receptor alpha-specific CD4-positive T-cell and cytotoxic T-lymphocyte responses against tumors overexpressing this antigen. It has been evaluated by Mayo Clinic and Marker Therapeutics in Phase 2 studies in triple-negative breast cancer and platinum-sensitive ovarian cancer, and with durvalumab in platinum-resistant ovarian cancer. In clinical studies, TPIV200 was administered intradermally with granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor as a vaccine adjuvant.
