Overview
TPIV200 + cyclophosphamide is an investigational combination therapy being studied primarily for advanced ovarian cancer. TPIV200 is a multi-epitope peptide vaccine targeting folate receptor alpha (FRα), which is overexpressed in many ovarian and some breast cancers. The vaccine is designed to prompt cytotoxic T-cell immune responses against FRα-expressing tumor cells[6]. Cyclophosphamide is an alkylating chemotherapy agent and immunosuppressant, included in some protocols to modulate the tumor microenvironment or partially deplete regulatory T-cells, thereby potentially enhancing vaccine-induced immune activation[1][4]. This combination has been investigated in clinical trials as part of multi-drug regimens for patients with platinum-resistant or recurrent ovarian cancer, often in conjunction with other agents.
