Overview

TPM203 is a nanoparticle-based therapeutic developed by Topas Therapeutics for the treatment of pemphigus vulgaris. It is a non-biological complex drug composed of four Topas Particle Conjugates (TPC0002, TPC0003, TPC0005, and TPC0012) and is administered as an intravenous infusion. The drug leverages the proprietary Topas Particle Conjugates (TPC) platform technology to induce antigen-specific immune tolerance by stimulating regulatory T lymphocytes. Unlike classic immunosuppressants that broadly suppress the immune system, TPM203 acts specifically to modulate immune responses without causing general immunosuppression. Its mechanism aims to harness the liver’s natural immunology capabilities to promote tolerance against disease-driving antigens in autoimmune conditions[1][3][5][6][7].
