**TPR100** is a topical diclofenac gel developed by Futura Medical using their proprietary **DermaSys® transdermal technology**, which enhances skin permeation and enables rapid delivery of diclofenac, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), to provide sustained pain relief for up to 12 hours. Diclofenac inhibits **cyclooxygenase (COX) enzymes**, reducing prostaglandin synthesis to alleviate pain and inflammation.
