TPS-100

**TPS-100** is an oral, multi-targeted fixed-dose small-molecule combination being developed by Talon Pharmaceuticals for gait dysfunction in Parkinson's disease. The program is designed to address both cholinergic and dopaminergic contributions to Parkinsonian gait impairment, postural instability, freezing of gait, and falls, which may not be adequately controlled by levodopa-based dopamine replacement alone. Talon reports that TPS-100 enhanced brain cholinergic activity and improved balance and gait in Parkinsonism models; dose-optimization studies are intended to support Phase I clinical trials.
