TPST-4003 is a preclinical-stage, dual-targeting chimeric antigen receptor T-cell (CAR-T) therapy being developed for the treatment of various cancers. Originally developed by Factor Bioscience and acquired by Tempest Therapeutics in February 2026, the asset is designed to express CARs that recognize two distinct tumor-associated antigens.
