Overview

TPX-112 is an autologous cell therapy being developed by Tego Science for the treatment of oral mucosal defects. The therapy utilizes cultured mucosal cells derived from the patient's own tissue, which are expanded ex vivo and subsequently transplanted back into the patient to facilitate tissue regeneration and wound healing. By using autologous cells, the treatment aims to provide a biocompatible solution for repairing oral tissue damage while minimizing the risk of immune rejection. TPX-112 is currently in the preclinical stage of development.
